  • The profit of the job

We believe in “dispatching for dollars.” That means getting the right technician to the right call at the right time, reducing wasted drive time, filling gaps in the schedule, and helping our techs run efficient, profitable calls.

All applications are confidential.

  • Dispatch technicians based on:

  • Fill schedule gaps and help keep the board full

  • Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and managers

  • Coordinate return visits, parts, estimates, and follow-up work

  • Keep ServiceTitan updated with accurate customer and job information

  • Classify calls correctly so the right tech is sent to the right job

  • Help set clear payment and service expectations with customers

  • Stay calm and in control when the day gets busy

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior dispatching or scheduling experience in a home services company is required

  • Plumbing or HVAC office experience is strongly preferred

  • Experience dispatching technicians for efficient, profitable service calls

  • ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred (this is what we currently use)

  • Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge, or similar software experience is also helpful

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • Able to make quick decisions during a busy service day

  • Comfortable holding the schedule together when things change

  • Highly organized and a little bit of a control freak in the best way

This role is a good fit for someone who knows dispatch is not just answering phones and filling boxes on a calendar.

A great dispatcher helps the whole company make money by keeping technicians productive, reducing wasted time, and making sure customers are taken care of.
