We're expanding into Midland/Odessa, and we're looking for a great HVAC technician to help us build this market from the ground up!
We've successfully grown our business in Lubbock and San Antonio, and Midland/Odessa is our next target. We've done this before, and we're looking for someone who wants to get in early, take ownership, and grow with us.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company, serve our existing customers, and help establish Leaky's in a new market. We're looking for someone who works hard, takes care of customers, and wants to be part of something bigger.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Service air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and rooftop units
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting
- Provide customers with repair options and estimates
- Complete job notes using mobile software (Service Titan)
- Maintain your company vehicle and equipment
- Deliver great customer service
- Work independently and help grow our Midland/Odessa operation
What We're Looking For
- Experienced HVAC service and repair technician
- EPA certification
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Residential and commercial HVAC experience
- Commercial refrigeration experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- Strong work ethic and willingness to hustle

Compensation: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
