Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, and maintain HVAC systems in both residential and commercial environments.
- Conduct system installations with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Perform regular maintenance services, including inspections, cleaning, and tuning of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues independently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites and company vehicles.
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company guidelines.
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC service technician.
- Ability to independently diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work in various conditions.
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment associated with HVAC service.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to continued learning and growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

- 5x8
- 8-10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Rotating weekends
Compensation: $0.04 - $35.00 per hour
