Leaky’s is hiring an Outside Sales / Business Development Rep to go find new business and bring in customers.

This is not a desk job. This is a prospecting role.

You’ll be out in the field every day building relationships, knocking doors, talking to businesses, and creating opportunities for our service team.

Pay:

  •  Base + commission 
  •  Average rep: ~$60,000/year 
  •  Top performers: $100,000+ 
We pay for results.

The Objective

Bring in new customers.

Generate leads for:

  •  Plumbing service calls 
  •  HVAC service & installs 
  •  Water treatment (softeners, filtration) 
Most of your focus will be business-to-business:

  •  Property managers 
  •  Builders 
  •  Realtors 
  •  Commercial facilities 
  •  Local businesses 
What You’ll Be Doing

  •  Prospecting every day (in person, phone, follow-up) 
  •  Walking into businesses and introducing Leaky’s 
  •  Building referral relationships 
  •  Setting up service opportunities for our team 
  •  Following up until deals close 
  •  Keeping a simple pipeline and tracking activity
