Leaky’s is hiring an Outside Sales / Business Development Rep to go find new business and bring in customers.
This is not a desk job. This is a prospecting role.
You’ll be out in the field every day building relationships, knocking doors, talking to businesses, and creating opportunities for our service team.
Pay:
- Base + commission
- Average rep: ~$60,000/year
- Top performers: $100,000+
We pay for results.
The Objective
Bring in new customers.
Generate leads for:
- Plumbing service calls
- HVAC service & installs
- Water treatment (softeners, filtration)
Most of your focus will be business-to-business:
- Property managers
- Builders
- Realtors
- Commercial facilities
- Local businesses
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting every day (in person, phone, follow-up)
- Walking into businesses and introducing Leaky’s
- Building referral relationships
- Setting up service opportunities for our team
- Following up until deals close
- Keeping a simple pipeline and tracking activity
