Leaky’s Water & Air is looking for an Operations Leader to help us run and grow our service department operations. We offer plumbing, HVAC and air duct cleaning services.

We’re a young, fast-growing plumbing and HVAC company with a goal to become a dominant force across Texas. Do you feel stuck where you work — we’re building something different.

We’re looking for someone with energy who wants opportunity, not just a job.

There’s a lot going on every day. We need someone who can step in, help organize the chaos, keep jobs moving, make sure we get paid, and make sure customers are taken care of.

This is a hands-on role working with both the office and the field.

What you’ll do

  •  Keep jobs moving from start to finish
  •  Work with dispatch to schedule and adjust jobs
  •  Prepare estimates and send them to customers
  •  Follow up on estimates and help close jobs
  •  Follow up on completed jobs to make sure they get billed
  •  Help collect payments and stay on top of open invoices
  •  Talk with customers when issues come up and make things right
  •  Support technicians in the field and help solve problems
  •  Order parts and coordinate materials for upcoming jobs
  •  Keep things organized between the office and the field
  •  Help make sure jobs are done right and making money
What we need

  •  Someone organized who can handle a lot at once
  •  Good with people — both customers and team
  •  Not afraid to make calls, follow up, and push things forward
  •  Can stay calm when things get busy
  •  Wants to grow and take on more responsibility over time
  •  Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or service business is a plus (not required if you’re sharp and willing to learn)
What you get

  •  Competitive pay + performance bonuses
  •  Steady, year-round work
  •  Real opportunity to grow as we expand into new cities
  •  A chance to be part of building something big from the ground up
The goal of this role

Keep things moving (support the technicians in getting the work done).
Keep customers happy.
Make sure we get paid.

Do that well, and there’s a lot of room to grow here.
Compensation: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
