About the Role
This position is a mix of residential sales and commercial business development. You’ll help homeowners with HVAC and plumbing solutions while also building relationships with local businesses for maintenance, service, and replacement work.

What You’ll Do
- Meet with residential customers and recommend HVAC and plumbing solutions
- Work with technicians and plumbers to build the right options for customers
- Prospect local businesses and develop commercial accounts
- Sell maintenance agreements, service, and replacement projects
- Manage follow-up, pipeline, and customer relationships
- Create your own leads through direct outreach and networking
- Help customers understand financing and payment options
- Follow up after the sale to make sure the customer had a good experience
Weekly Expectations
- 50 cold calls
- 5 equipment or energy surveys
- 2 appointments with new commercial customers
- 1 maintenance contract sold per week
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales and closing ability
- Self-motivated and competitive
- Good with people and strong at follow-up
- Organized and results-driven
- HVAC, plumbing, or building service sales experience is a plus
- Comfortable with technology, Microsoft Office, and social media
- Able to walk jobsites, climb ladders, and work in different conditions
Compensation
- $45,000 base salary plus commission
- Commission typically ranges from 1–12%
