We need someone whose job is simple:
We need someone whose job is simple:
Go get new business.
This is not customer service. This is not waiting on leads. This is face-to-face, outbound sales.
What you’ll actually be doing day to day
- Cold calling and walking into businesses every day
- Talking to property managers, owners, and decision makers
- Following up over and over until you get an answer
- Building quotes and getting approvals signed
- Running some of your own calls when needed
- Turning small jobs into long-term accounts and service agreements
Some days you’ll hear “no” all day. Some days you’ll land a big deal. That’s the job.
What you’ll be selling
- Plumbing service and repairs
- HVAC service, maintenance, and replacements
- Water heaters, water treatment, and upgrades
- Commercial maintenance agreements
If it has plumbing or A/C, it’s fair game.
Inbound opportunities (with our existing customers)
Inbound opportunities (with our existing customers)
We also have customers who already need work — especially A/C replacements.
- You’ll run leads that need to be closed
- Meet homeowners and business owners in person
- Present options and close jobs
So you’re not starting from zero — you’ll have real opportunities to sell on top of your own prospecting.
Who this is for
- You’re good with rejection and keep moving
- You don’t need someone telling you what to do all day
- You can walk into a place cold and start a conversation
- You follow through and don’t drop things
- You want to build something long term
Who this is NOT for
- You only want warm leads handed to you
- You don’t like cold outreach
- You want to sit at a desk
- You need constant supervision
Pay
- $100K+ potential
- No cap
- Base + commission
- Top guys can go way past that
- The more people you talk to, the more you make.
What you get
- Company vehicle
- Phone
- Benefits
- Office support so you can focus on selling
Why this matters
Everyone needs plumbing and A/C. You’re selling something people actually have to buy. If you’re consistent, this works.
