Leaky’s Plumbing & HVAC is a fast-growing service company based in West Texas, built on doing things the right way and taking care of both our customers and our team. We’re growing quickly and creating real opportunities for people who want to learn, step up, and build a long-term career.

Office Assistant – Customer Service & Dispatch

We’re looking for someone sharp, organized, positive, and ready to grow. This isn’t just a front-desk job — it’s the starting point for a career with one of the fastest-growing service companies in Texas.

You’ll be the first voice people hear when they call Leaky’s, helping customers, supporting our team, and keeping the office running smooth. You’ll also play a key role behind the scenes helping dispatch, managing jobs, and keeping everything moving.

The last person in this role moved into a leadership position — we’re ready to find the next one.

What You’ll Do

  •  Answer and route calls through a multi-line phone system
  •  Greet customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  •  Support dispatch by scheduling jobs, updating calls, and helping keep techs on track
  •  Assist with estimates, job follow-up, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
  •  Help manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and customer follow-ups
  •  Respond to online leads, texts, and emails quickly and professionally
  •  Learn and assist with home warranty work
  •  Upload photos, track job details, and keep everything organized in ServiceTitan
  •  Keep paperwork, schedules, and digital files clean and organized
  •  Jump in wherever needed — every day moves fast and is a little different
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

  •  Are organized and like having everything in its place
  •  Have strong follow-through — you don’t drop things or forget details
  •  Stay positive and easy to work with, even when it’s busy
  •  Can move fast and keep up when things get hectic (especially in summer)
  •  Are comfortable learning systems and handling multiple tasks at once
  •  Take pride in doing things the right way, not the easy way
  •  Are coachable and open to learning how we do things
  •  Want to grow into a bigger role over time
What This Role Really Is
This is a mix of customer service, junior dispatch, and office support.

You’ll work alongside our dispatcher, learn how we schedule and manage jobs, and help take care of customers. As you get comfortable, you’ll take on more responsibility.

We’ll train you on everything — including home warranty work — but we expect consistency and attention to detail.

What’s in It for You

  •  Competitive pay
  •  Benefits package
  •  Clear path to Dispatcher, Administrative Lead, Office Manager, or Customer Service leadership
  •  Hands-on training in a fast-growing company
  •  Real opportunity to move up — we promote from within
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
