Leaky’s is hiring an HVAC tech to cover weekends and after-hours calls.
This is a full-time position — not side work.

We already have the calls. We just need the right person to run them.
Schedule (Set Shift)
Saturday: All day + after hours
Sunday: All day + after hours
Monday: All day + after hours
Tuesday: All day + after hours
Wednesday: Possible Half day (or as needed)
Sunday: All day + after hours
Monday: All day + after hours
Tuesday: All day + after hours
Wednesday: Possible Half day (or as needed)
Off every week: Thursday & Friday
Plus 1 full weekend off every 4–6 weeks

Pay
$26–$34 per hour (DOE)
+ extra bonus per weekend for running the weekend/on-call shift

What You’ll Be Doing
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
Handle emergency and weekend service calls
Talk with customers, explain issues, and offer solutions
Run calls independently with company support
Keep your truck clean and professional
Close out jobs in ServiceTitan

What We’re Looking For
Strong HVAC service experience
Able to diagnose and fix without hand-holding
Comfortable working weekends and after hours
Valid Texas driver’s license
Able to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, heat, etc.
Professional, reliable, and customer-friendly
