We’re Leaky’s. We do plumbing and HVAC. We need a salesperson who isn’t afraid to work, hear “no” a lot, and still keep dialing.

What the job really is:
- Cold calling 1.5–2 hours every day
- Following up until you get a yes or a hard no
- Walking into businesses cold and introducing yourself
- Meeting with homeowners and businesses in person
- Quoting jobs and getting signatures
- Turning one-time repairs into long-term accounts
You’ll be talking to:
- Homeowners
- Property managers
- Churches
- Restaurants
- Doctors’ offices
- Apartments
- Pretty much anyone who needs help with plumbing, A/C, heating, or water treatment.
Who we’re actually looking for
- You can hear “no” 10–12 times and keep going
- You don’t need hand-holding or someone to babysit your schedule
- You’re comfortable walking into a business with no appointment
- You show up on time, follow up, and don’t vanish on people
- You want to make real money and aren’t scared to work for it
Money
- Average reps: around $70K
- Top reps: $180K+
- No cap on earnings
We’re not looking for someone who wants to “try” sales for a few months. We want someone who wants to build a real sales career and grow with us. If you bring grit and discipline, we’ll teach you the rest.
