We’re Leaky’s. We do plumbing and HVAC. And we’re building a sales team to take over San Antonio. This isn't customer service. It’s sales. Real sales.
If you can’t handle hearing “no” 10–12 times from the same prospect, this isn't for you.

We need people who can cold call every single day — 1.5 to 2 hours minimum.
Then the rest of the day you’ll be meeting with customers, closing deals, and getting contracts signed.
Then the rest of the day you’ll be meeting with customers, closing deals, and getting contracts signed.
You’ll be talking to property managers, churches, restaurants, doctors’ offices, apartments — anybody who needs help with plumbing, A/C, heating, water treatment, etc...
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cold calling like your paycheck depends on it (because it does)
- Following up nonstop
- Meeting with people face-to-fac
- Quoting jobs and getting them signed
- Turning one-off jobs into long-term accounts
- In-home sales (when someone needs a new A/C or large plumbing fix)
What We’re Looking For
- Thick skin — rejection doesn’t bother you
- No hand-holding — you manage your own time
- You’re not scared to walk into a business cold
- You show up, follow up, and follow through
- You want to make real money, and you’re willing to work for it
The Money
- Average folks make $70K
- Top producers clear $180K+
- No cap. You eat what you kill.
We’re not looking for people who want to “try sales.” We want folks who are already hunting for more. If you’ve got grit, discipline, and hustle— we’ll teach you the rest.
Think you’ve got it in you? Prove it. Apply. Send resume to silas@leakys.com.
