If you're an experienced HVAC technician tired of dead-end jobs or toxic shops, this is your shot at something better.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential + light commercial HVAC systems.
- Install systems with an eye for quality and efficiency.
- Help customers stay cool in summer, warm in winter, and impressed year-round.
- Keep your van and workspace clean and tight (we run a pro shop here).
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of HVAC experience (service + install)
- You can troubleshoot and fix without babysitting
- You’re reliable, detail-oriented, and respectful of customers
- You can lift 50 lbs and handle ladders, attics, and crawlspaces
- Bonus if you’ve used ServiceTitan—but not required
💰 What You’ll Get:
- $23–$27/hr to start + raises and performance bonuses
