If you're an experienced HVAC technician tired of dead-end jobs or toxic shops, this is your shot at something better.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential + light commercial HVAC systems.

  • Install systems with an eye for quality and efficiency.

  • Help customers stay cool in summer, warm in winter, and impressed year-round.

  • Keep your van and workspace clean and tight (we run a pro shop here).

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of HVAC experience (service + install)

  • You can troubleshoot and fix without babysitting

  • You’re reliable, detail-oriented, and respectful of customers

  • You can lift 50 lbs and handle ladders, attics, and crawlspaces

  • Bonus if you’ve used ServiceTitan—but not required

💰 What You’ll Get:

  • $23–$27/hr to start + raises and performance bonuses

  • Consistent hours (40–45/week)

  • Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts)
