Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, service, and maintain HVAC systems in commercial environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues independently.
  • Perform regular maintenance services, including inspections, cleaning, and tuning of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct system installations with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites and company vehicles.
  • Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company guidelines.
  • Interact with clients to ensure satisfaction and request referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records using web-based applications on a mobile device.
Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of commercial HVAC maintenance and repair experience.
  • Graduate of an HVAC technical institute or school is a plus.
  • Hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems (1-50 Tons), Commercial Refrigeration, Boilers, Chillers, Electrical Troubleshooting, and/or Digital Controls is beneficial.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work in various conditions.
  • Proficiency in using tools and equipment associated with HVAC service.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to continued learning and growth.
  • Required qualifications include expertise in refrigeration and HVAC systems.
  • Preferred qualifications encompass experience in construction and as a service technician.
  • Knowledge of schematics, HVAC design, and plumbing is highly valued.
  • Mechanical aptitude, field service experience, and proficiency in HVAC repair are beneficial.
  • Possessing good communication skills is essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
Compensation: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
